This interior project located in the heart of Cape Town CBD was a renovation to an existing loft apartment inspired by the raw industrial textures of the city. The circulatory spine of the apartment, an existing spiral staircase, binds the three levels together and allows the opportunity to create a sculptural art piece anchored in the center of the apartment.
